If you’ve been following Steve Jobs before he left Apple, you might remember him saying that he wanted to revolutionize the fields of Education, Photography and Television. If you’ve been following Apple since, you might have noticed that they’re getting there, thanks to iTunes U and the new Textbooks feature on iBooks, and their focus on better imaging on the new iPad and iPhone 4S. That’s two-out-of-three if you’re counting, but if you’ve been following the tech rumor mill, then you might also be aware that Apple is working on a standalone TV set called the “iTV”.
